We provide property health surveys, condition reporting, solar assurance and related subscription services for landlords, managing agents and housing providers. Service scope, frequency, pricing and deliverables are defined in your selected plan, order confirmation or written agreement.
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your account details up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
Subscriptions are billed in accordance with the plan selected at registration or renewal. Initial surveys and one-off services may be charged separately. Fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed. We may suspend or terminate services where payment is overdue.
You are responsible for arranging lawful access to properties for surveys, inspections and operative visits. This includes obtaining tenant consent where required and providing accurate property information.
Our reports and recommendations are based on information available at the time of inspection. They are intended to support property management decisions but do not replace specialist legal, structural or compliance advice where that is required.
You agree not to:
All website content, branding, software and materials we provide remain our property or that of our licensors. You receive a limited licence to use reports and platform outputs for your internal property management purposes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss arising from events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You may cancel a subscription in accordance with your plan terms or written agreement. We may suspend or terminate access where these Terms are breached, payment is not received, or we are required to do so by law.
Our use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be published on this page. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
